In 2015, we purchased this 2011 Redwood 36RL. It was a beautiful 36′ all-season (insulated) trailer with 3 slides, electric awning, and hydraulic auto-leveling.
The interior, though nice, was not quite our style; So in 2017 we remodeled it.
All the walls, cabinets, and trim were primed and then painted white, with a high quality Sherwin-Williams paint. All the flooring was removed and replaced with a Luxury Vinyl Plank. A cabinet was removed above the sofa and some of the cabinet doors were left off for decor and function. The window coverings were replaced with curtains.
Ultimately, the RV feels more like home and less like a trailer. It is light and airy–feeling bigger than 452 square feet.
After several years of full-time RVing, we sold our amazing trailer. We don't need the trailer in our current season of life and would rather it be used instead sitting in storage.
